• An in-bottle exhaust device is equipped before welding cap with adjustable exhaust volume to ensure bottle-shaped quality after sterilization.

• A good ventilation system is adopted to effectively improve internal and external temperature difference of bottle embryo, and by optimizing the distance between bottle blanks, heating property of bottle embryo can get the best balance, which greatly improves heating efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
