In order to minimize drug contamination, the treatment of purified water and water for injection needs to minimize the risk of contamination from particulate matter, microbial proliferation, bacterial endotoxins and other contaminants. This necessitates designing appropriate water generation, storage, and distribution systems tailored to specific water quality requirements.

2. Support customized multi-circuit circulation, variable frequency operation of circulating pump, system process design and operation meet the requirements of GMP and ISPE guidelines;
3. Fully automatic control of online cleaning and disinfection of the storage and distribution system. The spray ball of the water storage tank is self-cleaning, and the inner surface of the tank is fully covered by cleaning.
4. On-line monitoring of water quality, real-time monitoring and recording of TOC, conductivity and other key indicators.
5. The control system can automatically generate electronic reports and electronic records, and has audit tracking, intelligent maintenance, and remote troubleshooting functions.
