1. Main uses
Passbox is a kind of auxiliary equipment for clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean area and clean area, clean area and non-clean area, in order to reduce the number of clean room opening, reduce the pollution of clean room to the minimum degree. The passbox is made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth and smooth. Double door interlocking, effectively prevent cross contamination, with electronic or mechanical interlocking device, and equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamp.The passbox is widely used in micro science and technology, biological laboratory, pharmaceutical factory, hospital, food processing industry, LCD, electronics factory and so on all the places that need air purification.
Passbox can be layered flow passbox and ordinary passbox according to the working principle.
Layered flow pass box is a new type of clean pass box. After the air is coarsely filtered, it is pressed into the static pressure box by a low-noise centrifugal fan, and then passed through a high-efficiency filter. After the pressure is equalized, the air passes through the working area at a uniform wind speed to form a clean working environment. The air outlet surface can also be replaced with a nozzle to increase the wind speed to meet the requirements of blowing off the dust on the surface of the object.
The doors on both sides of the Layered flow pass box are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time. Therefore, the communication between the clean area and the non-clean area can be reduced.
2. The performance characteristics of the pass box are as follows
- Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized in a mechanical form. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened, and the other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
- Electronic interlocking device: the internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is opened, the other door open indicator does not light up, telling that the door cannot be opened, and the electromagnetic lock realizes interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened;
- Made of all 304 stainless steel wire drawing, beautiful and effective to avoid rust;
- The four-corner arc design in the cavity and has no dead corners;
- The double door adopts the built-in type, which is embedded in the box body, and the outer surface is flat;
- Equipped with PAO inspection port, which can inspect the integrity of the high-efficiency filter;
- Self-cleaning time is adjustable, with alarm function;
- The double door adopts double-layer tempered glass, the surface is flat, not easy to accumulate dust, and easy to clean.
