Introduction
The nasal spray filling line highly integrates automated processes such as bottle unscrambling and feeding, internal and external spray washing with purified water / water for injection, far-infrared tunnel sterilization and drying, aseptic filling, capping, visual inspection and rejection, as well as labeling and coding, achieving unmanned continuous mass production. The core filling and capping stations can be equipped with Class 100 laminar flow hoods, providing ISO 5 (Grade A) unidirectional airflow aseptic clean protection, and are compatible with Grade B cleanroom environments. The complete line fully complies with the latest version of GMP pharmaceutical production regulations, meeting the high-standard production requirements for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and export markets.

Washing Machine:
(1) Adopts a two-water-one-air alternating spray rinsing method, providing comprehensive bottle cleaning with no residual liquid and no dead corners.
(2) An optional ultrasonic cleaning module is available upon request, suitable for high-purity aseptic production scenarios, effectively removing particulate impurities from bottles to ensure filling cleanliness standards.
Tunnel:
(1) Equipped with far-infrared electric quartz heating tubes, offering high thermal efficiency, energy savings, and durable performance with stable sterilization and drying results.
(2) Utilizes a stainless-steel mesh belt with variable-frequency drive for smooth operation and adjustable speed, accommodating various production capacity requirements.
(3) Features a partitioned design with independent heating and cooling sections, plus a thickened aluminum silicate fiber insulation layer for effective temperature retention and lower energy consumption.
(4) Includes a dedicated top moisture-exhaust structure that rapidly removes water vapor, improving drying and sterilization efficiency and ensuring aseptic production quality.
Filling & Capping Machine:
(1) Equipped with a servo control system and high-precision photoelectric detection, intelligently implements no-filling-no-bottle, no-stoppering-no-bottle, and no-capping-no-bottle, preventing defective products at the source.
(2) Servo-driven metering pumps ensure accurate filling, combined with anti-drip suck-back technology and submerged bottom filling to minimize bubble generation, achieving high filling precision and consistent product appearance.
(3) Optional integration of CIP and SIP modules for the filling system enables in-place cleaning and sterilization.
(4) Optional nitrogen purging system effectively prevents oxidation of the product.
(5) Independent servo-driven capping with precise and adjustable torque prevents thread stripping, bottle breakage, and poor sealing.
(6) Compatible with 5–30 ml glass bottles and a variety of spray pump heads, supporting tool-free quick changeover.
(7) Integrated functions include leakage rejection, on-line seal-integrity inspection, and automatic alarm interlock shutdown in case of abnormalities.
(8) Can be equipped with laminar flow hoods or isolators to meet the aseptic production requirements of high-grade sterile workshops.
