Soft bag IV Production Line

The soft bag filling production line can automatically complete the processes such as film opening, printing, batch number printing, bag making, filling, automatic cap feeding, cap welding and bag discharge; the production line can be equipped with soft bag transmission, sterilization, leak detection, light inspection, packaging and other auxiliary equipment to complete the whole production line. It is mainly used for automatic filling of conventional infusion, special infusion, flushing / urinary, parenteral nutrition, dialyzate, antibiotics, blood products, lipids and special drugs.

    • The design, MOC, manufacturing, assembly and debugging of the whole soft bag filling line meet the requirements of the new GMP and FDA standards for drug production.
    • Advanced equipment, unique and reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance.
    • Applicable Specification: 50ml-3000ml LV soft bag (as per user’s requirement)
    • Production Capacity: 1000-8000BPH
    • The number of making bag each time: 1-6 bags, can be selected based on production capacity
    • Filling Accuracy of soft bag filling machine: ≤ ±1% (according to drug characteristics)
    • It adopts hot plate stamping with single color; it can print production date, validity period, approval number at the same time, and easy to replace.
    • Advanced PID temperature control ensures the quality of bag welding and can be applied to different brands of packaging materials.
    • The production line is integrated with bag-making, filling and sealing with compact structure and occupies small area, which reduces clean workshop area and saves energy consumption for air conditioning unit, as well as investment and use cost.
    • High production efficiency, stable product performance, simple and reliable operation and beautiful appearance.
    • It adopts structural design without middle waste edge, 100% utilization rate  of packing material, to reduce the loss of energy resources.
    • The soft bag filling system is accurately calculated by mass flowmeter with high filling precision, which can meet the filling range from 50ml-10000ml. It adopts high pressure filling to ensure production speed.
    • One-to-one interface preheating and welding technology is suitable for interfaces of different factories to ensure welding quality, leakage rate is less than 5‱
    • Automatic in-place cleaning / in-place sterilization (CIP/SIP) can be realized. Sterilization temperature can be adjusted up to 125℃according to user’s need without causing any damage to the filling system.
    • The bag width is easy to adjust, which can reduce the amount of film, save cost, and the bag shape is more beautiful.
    • Open-RABS isolation protection system and class 100 laminar flow system are optional;
    • In the process of bag transfer, the inner surface of interface is not in contact with parts, which eliminates the produce of visible foreign matter.
    • To realize fully automatic control and monitor of production process, high precision color touch screen, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technology are used.
    • The products can be customized according to actual demand of customers.
