1. Introduction

After being sealed with an aluminum foil , the product has good moisture-proof and mildew-proof effects, so as to achieve the purpose of extending the product storage period and anti-counterfeiting. Printing the trademark on the aluminum foil can also effectively prevent the production of counterfeit products. It is specially used in the sealing process of medicine, pesticide, food, cosmetics, lubricant and other industries. The material of the container can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS), glass, etc. It cannot be used for metal bottle and bottle caps.

2. Features
- The sealing has a wide range of applications, simple switching between different specifications, and convenient adjustment;
- Brand-new module intelligent design, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, dust-proof and anti-magnetic interference. Long service life, extremely low failure rate and simple maintenance;
- The host generator of aluminum foil sealing machine adopts the latest imported transistors, CPU module control and protection functions;
- All functional parts on the panel of aluminum foil sealing machine are clearly shown and easy to operate;
- 4 PCS copper wire induction coils, 3 PCS fans, with fast sealing speed and good sealing effect;
- The height of the sensor head is adjustable, which can adapt to the sealing and packaging of containers of various heights;
- Full air cooling system, high efficiency and high speed, can work continuously for 24 hours;
- Stainless steel material, in line with GMP requirements;
- The sensor head and host of the same model can be interchanged and used, effectively reducing the cost of use;
- Flexible application, with automatic bottle separation function, can be produced on a stand-alone machine, can also be used with or embedded in the assembly line, suitable for the production of mass products on the assembly line;
- A no-aluminum foil rejection mechanism can be selected to prevent unsealed products from flowing out of the production line and safe to use;
