Argentina Client’s Visit to Marya’s Factory for FAT
Recently, Marya has successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a custom sterilization oven for an insulin manufacturing project in Argentina.
The client is a leading Argentine pharmaceutical manufacturer offering prescription, OTC and hospital-segment products, with deep expertise in insulin biotechnology. It launched Argentina's first locally formulated recombinant human insulin in 2006, and brought online the country's first insulin crystal production facility in 2017.
To meet the client's stringent requirements for aseptic filling in insulin production, we delivered a custom solution based on laminar-flow hot-air sterilization. The equipment performs short-duration, high-temperature sterilization of cartridges and vials to ensure the containers are ready for aseptic filling. Compatible with vials, cartridges and ampoules, it reaches a throughput of up to 6,000 units per hour, fully supporting the client's large-scale production.
The successful FAT marks another international recognition of our expertise in insulin pharmaceutical equipment. Going forward, we will continue to deliver efficient and reliable sterilization solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide.
