Maya Cartridge Filling Line Shipped to Ukraine

Maya

Our cartridge filling line for Ukraine has successfully passed remote Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in late May, marking a key milestone before shipment. The client's team verified full line performance via online conference, and all test items were approved, confirming that the aseptic filling solution fully meets their pharmaceutical production requirements and regulatory standards.

The line integrates an ultrasonic cartridge washing machine, a sterilization tunnel, a filling & capping machine, and a complete CIP/SIP system. The washer uses ultrasonic pre‑cleaning with three‑water, three‑air rinsing, achieving a capacity of up to 220 cartridges per minute. The high‑speed filling & capping machine runs 24/7 at a stable output of 200 cartridges per minute. It adopts two‑stage filling, full servo drive and laser liquid level detection to achieve 100% fill volume inspection and high‑precision production. The entire line is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements, customized for 1.8 ml cartridges.

Following shipment, Maya's engineering team will travel to Ukraine to carry out on‑site installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), along with comprehensive training on full‑line operation and routine maintenance. This end‑to‑end support ensures stable, reliable operation after commissioning and empowers the client's team to independently manage daily production and maintenance.

From FAT approval to shipment preparation and post‑delivery SAT, Maya provides a full‑process guarantee covering every stage from factory acceptance to long‑term stable production. Our one‑stop pharmaceutical equipment service ensures strict quality control during on‑site installation and sustained long‑term performance, delivering continuous technical training and responsive after‑sales support to our Ukrainian partner.
