1. Introduction
The oral liquid filling production line is composed of three equipments: bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, oral liquid filling production machine and capping machine. It is divided into three working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filing and capping. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line. During linked production, it can automatically complete cleaning, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, screw (rolling) capping and is suitable for the production of packaging lines for oral liquid bottles and other small-dose solutions in the pharmaceutical, health care, food and other industries.2. The tunnel-type hot air circulation oven can be equipped with a real-time display and printing system for the sterilization temperature;
The maximum sterilization temperature of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is 350℃;
The heat source of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is evenly distributed, and the heat source removal effect is good;
The filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust, and the liquid level can be configured to control the feeding automatically;
Oral liquid Filling and capping machine uses a large turntable to transport bottles, and the filling needle reciprocates and tracks the filling, and the single-pole rolling type capping, the capping qualification rate is high, and the adaptability is good;
Adopting a unique filling process curve, which effectively prevents the filling material from foaming or splashing, and is suitable for filling liquids that are easy to foam;
The sealing station can use capping or rolling to complete the sealing operation;
It can be configured with Open-RABS isolation protection system and 100-level air purification laminar flow system;
It can be equipped with high-performance non-bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, and linkage squeeze bottle stop function;
Has full-line linkage function, linkage control of the front and rear equipment;
Oral liquid filling production line adopts a waterproof design on the table, which is easy to clean with water;
Using high-precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technologies for automatic control and monitoring of the production process;
