Nitrogen is the main component of air, in the air nitrogen accounts for about 79%, oxygen accounts for 20.9%. Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable gas at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The boiling point of nitrogen is -195.8°C. Its chemical properties are very stable and hardly react with other substances. 1. Overview
PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator, using air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, applying the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen to separate nitrogen and oxygen, commonly known as PSA nitrogen production. PSA nitrogen generator belongs to the on-site production of nitrogen. The air compressor is used to provide air as raw material to produce the required pure nitrogen. The purity can be customized from 95% to 99.999%. The advantage of this method is that the cost of nitrogen is extremely low. It only consumes electricity, and is convenient and stable, not restricted by traffic, easy to maintain
