The highly-airtight cleanroom isolator is used for protecting the operating environment of high-risk material synthesis, powder feeding in extraction workshop, transfer of wet powder materials in nutsche filter, packaging, crushing, weighing and capping after drying of powder materials, etc. And it is mainly used to protect operators during manual cleaning, and provides OEB5 level of protection.

                    

1. Highly-airtight cleanroom isolator technology

The isolator cavity pressure is designed as negative pressure, which ensures the safety of operators and that the external environment is not polluted. The highly-airtight isolator adopts a single-section working cabin, with an explosion-proof negative pressure fan whose final air exhaust is connected to the main pipe of exhaust by the user. Air inlet and outlet are equipped with high efficiency cartridge filters, all of which are PUSH type and can be replaceable safely. Bagging system for waste transfer is reserved at the back of the hopper, and cleaning water gun is equipped inside. The top of the hopper is equipped with explosion-proof lighting and window glass. Isolator design pressure is -500 Pa, the operating pressure of working chamber is -50 to -100 Pa and buffer section pressure is -30 to -60 Pa. During commissioning, the pressure of working chamber and buffer section can be adjusted. The internal airflow of the isolator is turbulent mode. When the built-in exhaust fan is activated, the fan draws air out of the chamber through a HEPA filter, creating a negative pressure in the chamber relative to the surrounding room. The intake air will be sucked through the HEPA filter, and the air is both from the room and clean compressed air, and the two ways will be automatically switched. We lead compressed air to the isolator room and exhaust air to the interlayer. The exhaust valve shall be installed in the isolator. The working chamber is made of 3mm stainless steel AISI316L and the technical area is made of 1.5 mm stainless steel AISI304. 

2. Technical features of cleanroom isolator

(1)The whole process is completely closed form opening the PE bag to the completion of feeding, including the discharging of PE bag with residual powder; suitable for OEB5 level material operation.
(2)The cleanroom isolator is only provided with one operation section, the operation surface is openable, and the operation panel is safe tempered glass with a thickness of 12 mm.  Set up two gloves.
(3)The butyl synthetic rubber gloves are American RORTH brand with the best waterproof performance, steam and gas permeability, excellent anti-oxidation performance, and strong acid and alkali resistance including concentrated sulfuric acid, which is also very flexible in low temperature environment.  
Length 800mm, thickness 0.6mm, flexible operation.
(4)The isolator adopts stainless steel 304 square pipe welded frame, and the protective plate is made of stainless steel 316L. The transfer door can pass 1kg dry powder. The sealing ring material is EPDM, with well sealing and mechanical locking.
(5)The cleanroom isolator shell shall be welded by proper welding method and qualified welders with full weld.
(6)Surface treatment: inner surface polishing Ra0.6, outer surface matt treatment; all internal design is arc transition, to ensure no accumulation of materials and easy to clean; washing and cleaning verification can fully meet pharmaceutical standards.

 

                   


(7)Isolator adopts indoor air collection, and imported explosion-proof fan for air exhaust. Air supply and exhaust sections are equipped with H14 high efficiency filter, a kind of imported cartridge filter and PUSH-PUSH type, which is easy to be disassembled and installed.
(8)The fan adopts frequency conversion control, and the frequency converter is Siemens or equivalent brand.
(9)The bagging system of waste is set to prevent waste bags from polluting the environment after removal. The device is installed at a proper position on the back, which is convenient for operation and ensures no interference with feeding; the bagging system shall be provided with a circular sealing door inside the isolation cabin, and the door shall be equipped with a mechanical compression device and sealing materials. The door can be opened or closed from the inside by the operator using gloves. The position of the door is also convenient to operate and will not affect the feeding and production.
(10)The top of the hopper is equipped with explosion-proof lighting and glass window which is made of tempered glass and fixed with bolts to ensure tightness. The top lighting glass is made of frosted tempered glass to provide soft light source and the internal lighting at working height is not less than 500Lux.
(11)It is equipped with a differential pressure meter used to detect the differential pressure between before and after the high efficiency filter and that between inside and outside the box; American DWYER brand
(12)The manual regulating valve and frequency converter are adopted to control differential pressure, and it is also equipped with three-color acousto-optic alarm light.
(13)A cleaning spray gun is arranged inside the isolator, and its connection is self-closing.  Since organic solvent is used, the spray gun and its self-closing connecting elements are made of corrosion resistant materials, and the spray gun itself is metal, connected with 3 pipes, namely, inactivated liquid pipe, cleaning liquid pipe and compressed air pipe.
(14)Noise standard: overall equipment noise is less than 70 decibels.
