1、The rubber stopper of vial is an important component. Its material characteristics will affect the pressure and deformation applied in the capping process. The deformation of rubber stopper with different materials will be different after being stressed. Some materials may be easily deformed, while other materials need higher pressure to be appropriately deformed.


2、The aluminum cap is also one of the factors that affect the tightness of the vial. Under the same initial pressure, if the inner depth of the aluminum cap is too high, it will lead to excessive extruded aluminum materials, resulting in irregular edge or wrinkles. If the aluminum is too hard, it will increase the load of capping motor, irregular edge and wrinkles; and too soft aluminum may cause cap broken.


3、The shape and size of the bottle mouth have an important effect on the capping.  Proper shape and size can ensure close contact between bottle cap and mouth, so as to achieve good sealing effect.

It can avoid the problems of loose or over-tight capping, poor capping effect, wear, wrinkles and the like, and effectively improve the rate of finished products. The capping pressure can be monitored in real time during capping process, and the flexible capping mode can be used to ensure the tightness of products in life cycle on the basis of reducing aluminum chips.
