1. Reasonable and high-quality layout:

The overall layout of the vial filling line is compact, easy to operate and highly stable. Tool-free switching is required for most parts of specifications. When switching packaging materials of different specifications, filling of products of different specifications can be achieved by replacing fewer molds. Use equipment that is specialized in meeting the needs of pilot production. Reduce the risk of bottle inversion and broken bottles. It has complete functions and can cope with the production of products with different characteristics in the future. It can be upgraded to add nitrogen charging, liquid circulation and other special functions.

2. Combine different process paths to achieve greater flexibility:

4. Intermittent transmission system:

The filling line uses walking beams to transport packaging materials, one bottle per bottle, intermittently, ensuring high-speed and stable operation of the equipment.

5. Specially designed loading turntable:

Based on reducing bottle toppling, has a good guiding effect on packaging materials. There are no dead corners on the table, making it difficult to tip bottles. The bottle sorting tray is made of imported POM material, and the guardrails and dial wheels are made of imported UPE material.

6. Various filling systems:

It can be matched with various systems such as peristaltic pumps and plunger pumps, and is controlled by imported Schneider servo motors, which can effectively avoid the risk of cross-contamination caused by multi-product co-production, the risk of poisoning of toxic products, and reduce corporate cleaning and sterilization verification. 

7. Flexible capping:

The rolling knife adopts an active push and passive rotation design, and the gas spring always maintains a constant driving force. Through the bottle's active rotation, the rolling knife fits the aluminum cap to keep the folding angle consistent with the bottle mouth capping angle and press it tightly. Avoid problems such as loose capping, over-tight capping, poor capping effect, wear and tear on the capping, wrinkles on the capping, etc., and effectively improve the yield rate. During the capping process, the capping pressure can be monitored in real-time, and combined with the flexible capping method, it can ensure the sealing performance of the product during its life cycle while reducing the generation of aluminum chips.
