Tubular Liquid Glass Bottle
1. Overview
Tubular oral liquid glass bottles are mostly made of soda-lime glass, which is usually first batched, then melted into a liquid state at high temperature, then injected into a mold, cooled, cut, tempered, and then formed into a glass bottle. Compared with molded bottle, it has the characteristics of smooth surface and no grains.There are two kinds of colors: transparent and brown. Consumers can clearly and intuitively dress the goods. The materials are non-toxic and tasteless, and they have strong barrier properties.
2. Product Introduction
- Specification: 5-20ml; Executive standard number: YBB00032004-2015;
- Product material: soda-lime glass; the quality conforms to the national standard for pharmaceutical packaging materials;
- Oral liquid bottle is suitable for silicone stopper or butyl rubber stopper, ordinary double-coated aluminum cap, aluminum-plastic composite cap, fully torn aluminum-plastic cap, beautiful appearance;
- The temperature for disinfection and sterilization of glass bottles of tubular oral liquid is 100-125 degrees;
- Tubular oral liquid glass bottle has high chemical stability, no physical and chemical reaction with the contents, and the outer surface is smooth and smooth;
- The size and style of packaging materials can be customized according to customer requirements, and can be printed, frosted and other processes according to customer needs to make the glass bottle more beautiful;
